3 follicles iui with very low sperm count

Hi, we had our iui yesterday. I had 3 mature follicles 22,18,18 but hubby’s sperm was only 1.1M after wash. (3M with 38% motility). I think our outlook is pretty grim. Did you have success with such low sperm count?
