Struggling to get horny...

My boyfriend (19) has brought to my attention that its been *a while* since we've had any type of sexual time? He's been a great sport about it but every time he brings it up, I just don't feel like it. I feel bad for it because I am still really attracted to him but I feel like whenever I say no it hurts his ego a lot... I feel like I can see us having a long future together but not if I can't get over this personal hurdle... Its not just this relationship either I just can't get horny... Anyone have an idea why?
