Should I give this guy my number??

Matched with this REALLY cute guy on tinder, he messaged me first, and we talked back and forth for a few hours. He ended up asking for my Snapchat and I gave it to him. Since then we've only snapped 2-3x a day (so not actually getting to talk) and I can tell that he barely uses Snapchat anyway (extremely low snap score, barely on it). I'm really interested in getting to know him or at least having an actual text convo with him so I want to give him my number but I'm not sure if I should/what the best way to do it is if I do decide to give it to him. Or do I just wait and hope he starts snapping me more? And what's a cute/flirty way that I could drop my number? Online dating is nooot my thing and I'm scared he's gonna ghost me because you can only Snapchat so little until one or both of us loses interest 🙃
