Implantation bleeding or Period

Hi I started spotting 3 days again now it’s lightish first three days was brown to pink in colour and still is pink in colour. I keep getting cramps in my stomach I do suffer with ibs but this doesn’t feel like ibs flare/cramps I usually get or when having AF. (Also I have other chronic illnesses: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are among a few of my illnesses)

Usually I have a pad that is full (t.m.i) with AF but I don’t even have to wear one. So is this implantation bleeding or just AF again and playing tricks on my body
