This is my third pregnancy. I know leg cramps can happen. But all day today I've been getting super bad pains in both my knees. And earlier tonight I started getting such excruciating leg pain!!!! Its on and off but when it hits I'm dying. And I cant walk AT ALL. I had to go buy my som medicine at the store and I was screaming from the pain. The workers brought me a little electric wheelchair cart thing. I cant stand it

Any idea what this could be ??
