Bath bombs safe?

I’ve heard that bath bombs are okay to use while pregnant while I’ve seen other things that say it’s not anyone asked their doctor or know Forsure 😅

Safe. But I’m really prone to UTIs when I’m pregnant (literally only when I’m pregnant) so I avoid anything that might trigger it.

It depends on the oils used in them. You can google pregnancy safe essential oils and non safe ones to know. I can’t use my favourite one for aches and pains as it has Rosemary in it which can raise bp ☹️ but I know lavender, peppermint, and citrus are okay. I also find it good to rinse off well after a soak, saves on chances of getting a UTI

I take baths regularly but never add anything. A couple weeks ago, I decided it was probably fine to use bubbles.... ended up with a yeast infection 🙄 Doctor said that’s why they say they are safe, as in nothing will happen to the baby,  but also don’t recommend them because they can trigger utis and yeast infections.
