Pearly papules? Not actually a dick pic.. just a diagram!!

Sooo I noticed some bumps on my boyfriend's dick. It's about four little pimple looking things. I was looking it up and I came across pearly papules? The pictures on Google, they were mostly around the edges of the head of the penis... but my boyfriend's is on this part of his penis... this may be TMI and I'm sorry. He's been tested for STD's and he's not the type to cheat so I'm looking for other explanations. Can men get pearly papules on this part of their penis too??
