Help!!!

Ok so I started my period some time last night and.now today I am in the bathroom every 5-10 minutes just Crapping i CANNOT STOP. How do i stop this? Please tell me because I cannot do anything without having to go to the bathroom. I should mention that i only have Baby asprin. And i refuse to take those. Because last month i took them (Bad cramps) and I was soaking pads every 10-15 minutes
