Can sickness harm baby?

Can my baby be harmed by whatever I have?? Coughing up mucus, super sore throat and exhaustion due to coughing so much. I’m 29w on Monday and just a worrier

No.it will not hurt baby. With my last i had the flu 3x, pneumonia, strep and pink eye 🙄🙄 it was so rough, but she was born fine. Take your vitamins and stay hydrated, rest a lot!
