Surprise gift for MIL??? 🎁

My mother in law threw a surprise baby shower for me, she did so much work and went all out (this is her first grandchild). She spent so much and have a lot of extra decor, extra stuff for games we didn’t get to play and the prizes for them. She also forbid me from cleaning up or do any hosting.....I felt so bad I really wanted to help lol. So I really want to surprise her! If you were me what would you get your mother in law?
