Body issues
I have literally no idea how to feel confident. I’ve been eating a lot healthier than I have been, and I’ve notice my stomach gotten a bit slimmer. But then I’ll look and my arms think they’re too big. It’s seems if I solve one problem I’ll just think of another insecurity. Does anyone have tips for belly fat loss?
