HELP STD ? Or Yeast or BV ?

Hey , I just had unprotected sex a week or 2 ago with a well trusted individual . After I had no symptoms , but their was a weird smell , which I always get after sex , because I have low white blood cells and my body is very prone to infection and BV’s and I get them A LOT . but no symptoms after I washed up and used BV treatment the smell was gone .. my period came and went off , and after I am experiencing , annoying itching .. it is where I shave ? and inside my vagina .. I don’t know if the part outside is from me shaving , but the inside def isn’t .. there is no other symptoms but itch , no smell, no crazy colored discharge .. just discomfort and itch ? If you think it’s a STD ? what could it be ? and if not is this a yeast infection ...... i’m clueless
