Anybody else paranoid?

I'm sorry if I post this again but I didn't see it post. So I got off the birth control pill and had sex with my boyfriend. Obviously we used a condom and after we checked everything was fine, what we did though was switch positions without him taking off the condom. I know that probably everything is fine but it's the first time we only use condoms and I'm just paranoid. Everyone else knows this feeling? I am 19 and definitely wouldn't be ready to have a child
