104.0 Fever!!!

My son has been coughing, runny nose, and fever. Last night it peaked at 103.7. I did a Luke warm bath and Childrens Advil. It came down to 102.3 and we fell asleep. Now just being woken up by my son and his fever is back up to 104.0. I am starting with a new company on Wednesday, but that does leave me without insurance. If you have any advice on if we should go to a doc in a box or ER.. please give your input.

Also the fever started and broke Friday, but has gotten worse since.
