Fever

My daughter has had a high temp on a few says this week. Day two days ago it was 99.0, last night it was 100.1, and tonight it was 100.1. This all seems to happen between the hrs of 11 pm and 2 am after that it drops back down to around 98.6. Even though the dr said that she is fine as long as it’s not over 100.4 I’m still freaking out. I’m a first time mom and could use Some advice please
