Am I alone?

We've been trying for almost 3 years. I got my BFP (5 of them) last week. I'm honestly not going to feel better until I see my doctor and that won't be until Friday. I've had very little spotting and lasted for about 2 hours and it's been gone since then. I keep taking ovulation test for confirmation and they all come out very strong. My heart will not stop beating out of my chest. I'm not really sick. Just very tired, hot (nofever) and thirsty. Anyone else? Any reassuring words will be appreciated.
