Is it to early for signs

So my period is late I’ve been having bad headaches and nausea all day headache off and on but nausea seems to stay I have sore breast in the morning that eventually go away later in the day and my discharge has changed and has picked up a lot more then usual but I only started having sex a week ago isnt it to early to be pregnancy signs? Also I’ve been eating more and feeling more tired my periods usually aren’t late they start on the exact dates
