When could someone else feel baby move from the outside?

How long was it until someone else could feel your baby move from the outside? I swear I can feel it with my hand but hubby can't feel anything and I think he is getting frustrated with disappointment since I keep calling him over when baby is moving and he can't feel it yet! Poor guy. I am 21 weeks and plus size. Have been feeling baby consistently since 18 weeks. Should I give up and wait a few more weeks?

I think we can only feel it on the outside because we know what's going on on the inside. Just give it sometime. Eventually it will be undeniable!

We were lucky enough to catch it once when I was almost 18 weeks. He felt one kick, but then nothing for a long time. I kept feeling more movement, but when I would tell my husband, the baby would stop moving... finally yesterday my husband felt some kicking, but it stopped shortly soon after. I’m 20 weeks now. 
I think before the third trimester, the baby is still pretty small and it can come and go pretty quickly depending on where the baby is. Its frustrating, but the baby will get bigger and the kicks will be unmistakeable soon.

My husband felt her at 20 weeks, but I was a size 4 prepregnancy- I don’t know if that changes anything.
