Baths while pregnant?

Is it okay to take a hot bath while pregnant? I’ve heard that you can’t, which bums me out a bit 😂

It shouldn’t be hot. It can be warm. But if you sit in a hot bath then it could raise your body temperature and that can be dangerous for the baby

I mean, the official guidelines says you’re not supposed to take hot baths (like the type that turn your skin red, make you sweat or make you’re heart race). I read somewhere that it’s not meant to exceed 38 degrees Celsius which is fucking ridiculous because our body temperature is 37.5 so it feels cold 🙄 I’ve had a warm bath most days and been absolutely fine

I've always took scalding hot baths, even while pregnant and everything was okay lol I just always brought a cup of cold water in with me
