Hello ladies , I had my first ultrasound at 8 weeks but doc said baby was measuring only 6 weeks. Had a healthy sac and yolk and fetal pole but couldn’t detect heartbeat and doctor said I might most probably miscarry 😭 gave two blood tests with one day gap. They will check if my hcg count is increasing and have another ultrasound tomorrow to see if the baby has grown. Since we were trying , I am sure of my LMP date and ovulation dates and I should be 8 weeks by now. Is there any hope or will I miscarry? Anything would help? I really wanna stay positive but doc didn’t sound positive at all and I am so damn worried 😟

Update : 04/22 , had a follow up appointment today . HCG count rose significantly high in two days from 15040 to 131167 but ultrasound didn’t detect heart beat and doctor also said baby’s size from last ultrasound has decreased and it’s a confirmed miscarriage. I just have to choose if I have to wait or to go through the procedure . Thinking of waiting for one week before taking up the procedure . Really heartbroken 😭 since hcg count went high , I had some hope that i could hear heart beat. But baby doesn’t seem to grow😟
