I think it will also depend on your pre-pregnancy weight. Heavier women tend to lose weight or gain very little in the first and second trimester. There’s really no normal weight everyone needs to be at. As long as the baby is healthy and the doctors aren’t worried, all weight gains or losses are perfectly fine.
