Mastitis

I'm pretty sure I have mastitis from my clogged milk duct. I had fever and chills last night. I'm going to make a Dr appointment tomorrow but is there anything I can do in the meantime? I've taken Tylenol for the fever and body aches and I'm continuing to pump.
