So my boyfriend got a new neighbor and she is constantly over at his condo late at night till like 4 am drinking and getting high together. This bothers me so much and I told him but he thinks I am overreacting. It just makes me wonder what they are doing that late together and if he gets drunk will he forget he has a gf?

Have you gone over and introduced yourself to her? I think you should. Maybe pop up over there during their late night cross-faded parties and make yourself comfortable and get well acquainted with her.
