boyfriend problems

I get so scared when my boyfriend goes out because i’m scared that something will happen. And i hate being that girlfriend that’s always jealous because of other girls. I get it that he’s friends with other girls an ik i can’t stop him from being friends with them because that’s mean. I just don’t know how to deal with it! I feel like I can trust him but yet again i’m always scared.

Any tips on how not to be so jealous and not trusting him?xoxo
