Long read but I thought I was having a chemical pregnancy!!!

I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago (4 weeks pregnant) I’ve had a chemical pregnancy before so I know the symptoms and my line never got really dark and it started slowly fading had period like cramps bled a lot for 5 days had very small clots just like a period and it was the same week my period was supposed to start I went to the ER and they told me my hcg level was down to a 4 so I was miscarrying, i took a test today because I never took one to confirm that it was negative even tho my blood work said negative.. and it’s very positive could I have miscarried a twin?!my husband and I haven’t even had sex because I just stopped bleeding today!!
