Feeling defeated

Feeling absolutely defeated 😢😢. We have been seeing a fertility doctor and completing all of the tests to see which fertility treatment will be good for us. With all of the tests nothing wrong has been found (happy but frustrating because Id like to have a reason why we cant get pregnant). Last month I went and got a HSG test done (nothing was found) and I was praying and hoping that I would just get pregnant from them clearing my tubes. But today I started spotting and I am completely over it. I know haven’t actually started fertility treatment but today I am just feeling sad especially with all the easter babies and pregnancies being posted. (This is just more of a venting session I will be okay eventually,) keep me in your prayers
