Can I eat this while pregnant?

I’m 6 weeks pregnant & wondering if this is something I can eat... I’ve always heard lunch meats are not good for a pregnancy.

I eat this brand. Cold. I don’t really follow the “food rules” though. I eat sushi- raw. Runny eggs. Soft serve ice cream. Coffee. honestly your chances of listeria are so low- and are more likely to get it from fruits and veggies 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've been eating lunch meat my entire pregnancy. I usually eat this brand or Jersey Mike's. My doctor told me it's fine to eat cold as long as it's not super processed.
