Confused

I had my cycle last month.

We BD on April 5.

AF due now but I only spotted once yesterday. Had a tampon in and nothing was on it but a streak barely. Went potty this morning and wiped and had some blood but then nothing on tampon again after a full day.

According to glow I was ovulation when we BD but would this be too late for implantation? Giving it one more day before I test. Boobs are sore which they never are during my cycles.

Just seeing others opinions.
