I am 10 dpo AF is Due in 4 Days , ive been really nauseous, sleepy , and I just started this today first time is the picture and second time it was lighter and less , ive been having some cramping and tugging but not like AF cramps , anything will help I will be seeing a doctor tomorrow as well ,
