He has a no contact order against me
The order does not apply to me
So if I serve him the divorce papers along with the letter this will not violate his terms right???
As he is not seeing me and he is not texting me calling me emailing me whatever
Like I personally won’t be serving them his dad well
So I just want to be sure by doing this this is it going to violate his terms

Meaning you have a no contact order between the two of you, staying he can’t contact you? Most no contact orders go for both people. If you filed it, and he can’t contact you that means you can’t contact him either. Have an attorney file it, and have them deal with how it’s served and make sure they know there is a no contact order in place. 
My husband had to do this with his ex wife. They have a no contact order, so she has to to go through me to talk to their son since we have custody of him. But when we filed the divorce, the attorney had to deal with her being served because of the no contact order. The sheriff had to order her with the papers.
