birth control

I want to get my tubes tied as I am a billion percent sure I'm done having children. (just had #5 3wks ago). BUT I'm terrified of getting my tubes tied. I've read a lot about it & of course there was a lot of cons & those scare me. so I was thinking maybe getting the nexplanon- the one that goes in the arm. anybody have any issues with this? I'm horrible with the pill which is why I'm avoiding that one, I had horrible experience with depo shot & anything like mierena being inserted in my cervix scares me too so I don't want that
