Most painful period

I’m 23 years old and I’ve been on all sorts of birth control since I was like 16. I recently had the nexplanon in my left arm and got it taken out last month the day before I was supposed to get my period, it was only in for about a month and a half. It made me too moody. I decided no more birth control and my boyfriend and I will just use condoms. But today after being 50+ days late for my period, I finally got it and it’s single handedly THE worst pain I’ve ever gone through in my life. I tried a heating pad, a hot bath, I’ve thrown up a couple of times this morning from the pain being so bad and I don’t know what to do at this point except for trying to stay comfortable. I can’t even stomach midole because I will just throw it back up 😭 what do I do????
