Water leaking?

Woke up this morning about 4 to let the dogs out and peed, everything was normal. Went back to sleep until 7 when I randomly woke up, went to pee (routine by now lol) and realized my shorts I wore to bed were soaked but the bed wasn’t or anything. Smelled kind of like pee I guess? Changed into just a pair of dry undies and laid back down. Haven’t had any wetness been also haven’t been upright at all since

Sound normal like I maybe just peed myself in my sleep lol? Or should I call the doc anyway?
