My cousin and I are getting matching tattoos. I'm thinking ab getting mine on my side... last night my dad was like "you need to think ab somewhere else to get it bc when you get pregnant its gonna ruin it"... I didnt even think ab that🤦🏽‍♀️ trying to get opinions from people with side tats :)

I’m almost 40 weeks pregnant and I have a tattoo on my stomach, it hasn’t ruined mine. 
It’s gotten a bit bigger tho. 😂

I have a tattoo on my pubic bone area. And I just had a baby 5 weeks ago, it’s not my side or stomach but just from stretch marks alone it absolutely ruined it. If you get one just because it doesn’t look ruined at first, once you have the baby it might. I’d post a picture of mine but it’s a private area and just awkward to post 🤣🙃

I got mine when I was around 18, I’ve definitely fluctuated with weight throughout the past 4years but it still seems to be doing fine, you could always get it touched up over the years too

i think that you side, like on your ribs, should be fine. it hurts, but it shouldn’t stretch or anything if u get pregnant. what r u going to get??

Mine is left front hip, prego at 34
Weeks and it hasn’t stretched much at all.
