Discharge?!

I’m 5 weeks and 2 days, and I’ve had some discharge come out the past couple days. I was wondering if this is normal or if anyone had anything similar? It’s not a lot. Only when I am pooping (tmi) and then I wipe, I notice it. It happened yesterday so I wore a pants liner last night and woke up to a bit on there. The picture is what today’s looked like. I only had it when I wiped one time. This is my first pregnancy so I’m super worried!! The color worries me!
