Hey ladies!
I am 19 weeks pregnant with twins and my lower back has been hurting pretty bad the last few days. In your experience do the back support belly bands work? I have an office Job so I sit most of the day, but I’m still having quiet a bit of discomfort. If you have any recommendations please let me know!
