What am i seeing?

I got a ultrasound and i measured at 8 weeks and 4 days which would make me 9 weeks and 1 day now. Am i crazy or is there really 2 fluids? The guy i went to wasnt to bright, he was not really listening to anything i was saying about my previous pregnancy, and wont be there for much longer because he is pcsing to a different duty station. (My husband is military so we get seen on base) we wont even be seeing him our next visit. Am i crazy? What do you think?
