Apartment inspection

Hi, I’ve been alerted through that tomorrow they are doing apartment inspections in our building. I swear I read the lease over and over and did not see that........ but maybe I somehow missed it. I’ve never had this happen before. Are they just looking for maintenance things? I’m a clean person and such, it’s just weird to have someone come into my home. Any advice?

I want to add I know they’re standard! I just mean I’ve been taken off guard because I wasn’t aware.
