Help!
I pulled a muscle in my neck two weeks ago and it’s so bad I can’t turn my head and the pain is shooting down my arm, I’m doing ice and heat but it’s not working. I have an appointment to go to a chiropractor on Wednesday but what can I do in the meantime? Any advice?
