Induction Drama

I’m being induced tomorrow. I have planned out months ago to have my MIL watch my 19 month old for us while I’m at the hospital. It’s been all set up and she’s coming tomorrow morning to watch him overnight if needed.

So now my husband has decided that he doesn’t want his mother to watch him overnight because that’s not fair to her but that my mother can’t stay in the room with me while I give birth because she needs to watch or son.

Am I being unreasonable for being really upset about this? I already told him she’s going to be in the room because I want her and him there. But he says his mom should have to suffer all night with our son, but to me my mom flew in from far away to be here for this birth why should she be side lined after his mom is completely okay with watching our son.

Am I crazy that I want to shin kick him for trying to grow a wrench in this delivery now?
