Lightning crotch and contractions ??

I'm 33 weeks and after having sex this morning, probably around 11, I've been having horrible lightning crotch. I mean, they are totally random but shockingly strong. I have a decent pain tolerance but these pains make me gasp.

Just now in this hour I've been having upper abdominal cramping as well. Again, irregular but painful.

I'm guessing the lightning is my cervix trying to efface and dilate like normal, but damn that hurts lol.

UPDATE :

I had a small gush of fluid, nothing insane but definitely noticeable. The lightning has sort of disappeared and now I'm having tingling contractions in my abdomen more frequently? I'm confused and a little worried.
