Recommendations for a cold

I’m sick as a dog 😭 it’s almost 3am here and I’ve been up all night with congestion. My ears are throbbing and I just got up to blow my nose and it looks like I’ve got two black eyes lol. Idk what I could take that won’t dry up my milk (nothing right?) I’ve used some nasal spray but I can only use that so much and it doesn’t last long.

Any recommendations would be great. I have Vick’s or baby Vick’s can I rub something like that on my feet and chest?
