This sucks

So I have extreme anxiety this pregnancy. I’m just convinced it’s going to end at any moment. The only thing keeping me slightly sane is the fact that I haven’t spotted or anything. Well last night when I put my progesterone in, I noticed a teeeny bit of blood on the applicator and then when I wiped there was a drop of light red blood. I wiped again and there was another lighter drop, then light pink, then nothing. I’m sure it’s nothing, maybe just something to do with the pill or applicator irritating something, but I’m completely freaked out now. I have an appointment today and I’m hoping it does well. 8 hours to go...
