Can baby gender be determined at 13 weeks and 2days via ultrasound?

My next ultrasound is at 13 weeks and 2 days. I have googled  photos of ultrasounds at 13 weeks and 2days. Some of them seemed to show the gender of the baby. I was wondering if it is actually possible or not. I took sneak peek and It says I'm having a boy. I'm dying to know if it is accurate or not.

My cousin is an ultrasound tech and she says she can start making predictions at 13 weeks. But I think 16 is the earliest a doctor will actually tell you. She predicted her sister as having a boy at 13 weeks and was right!

I went in for my ultrasound appointment today. The technician said you can't tell at 13 weeks. She did attempt to look and I agree with her. My baby wasn't developed enough to tell. However, this might not be the case for other moms. Baby grow at different weights. The technician recommended an elective ultrasound place. My husband and I set up an appointment for 16 weeks and 2 days! :)

Absolutely you can. When I went to perinatologist I was 11 weeks and they told my I was having a boy via ultrasound! It’s def possible

Yes you can! I found out with my daughter at 14 weeks and my son at 13 weeks.

If you go to a private 3D clinic they will tell you and it’s very cool to see the baby in so much detail but your doctor won’t tell you until your anatomy scan around 20 weeks
