My daughter is very tall for her age she’s like the 98th percentile for height and weight.my miL noticed the other day that she looked a little cramped in her table top high chair and recommended we get her a table and chair set.did anyone else transition there toddlers to one yet ? I’m a little nervous she’s gonna be getting up walking around playing instead of eating.

I use a highchair and my daughter is also 90% or so. She doesn’t seem to mind! I think its important for them to sit at the same table so they can watch what everyone is doing and learn, and be part of the conversation. Unless she seems uncomfortable I would just keep her in it if I were you! You can also just get a booster seat to put on a chair, they are made for bigger kids but still have a buckle if needed.

This is what we use. The tray comes off and it’s fixed to the dining table chair too so she can sit with us :)

I don’t use a high chair or seat anymore. Our kitchen table is a high top so I’m not ready for my daughter to sit there. I just let her sit on the floor and watch cartoons while she eats. She doesn’t get up and play or anything

My son wants to do everything my daughter does so we have a kids table we use, a picnic table when we eat outside and a high chair for every now and then.
