HELP! How do I survive work with baby?

Bear • #2under2

So in two weeks time, I will return to work which really breaks my heart but I gotta keep making the money. I know a lot of mothers go through this but heres the kicker! I am going to be taking my 3 month old, by that time, to work with me. The reason for this is that the daycare has a waiting list that shifts based on stages and infant milestones, and the baby that was supposed to move to next stage and leave the crib to my LO has not achieved a certain set of milestones and thus my son won't have an empty crib until he moves.

I work in an office environment (I program and have online client meetings) and already spoke to my boss about it and will be given a small office so that I can be with my boy until the daycare is available. But how do I survive this?

Are there any mammas out there that have done this? If so, how did you survive? What are the essentials? What advice can you give me?

Fyi dad also works in the same company but is easily distracted by the baby (he is the light of his life) and LO is breastfeeding, so he'll be spending most of the time with me.

Girls show me the way because I dunno how Im going to do this!
