Anyone know anything for my bf, his stomach has been hurting and he’s been pooping right after eating TMI and he’s been complaining that it’s been soft recently and diarrhea. Is there any detoxes to clean out his tummy?

He could try using probiotics. Also, talk to his doctor about it. Sometimes those symptoms could be linked to IBS which is super common or he could need to change his diet up. He might have developed an allergy to something. Only a doctor could tell you for sure
