Sexless nights

Hi lovelies!

I’ll try to keep it brief. My hubby changed his job around 8 months ago and ever since he did so, he’s been soo stressed out, miserable, borderline depressed and always tired. He has no interest in sex anymore. As soon as he gets back home, he has dinner and then falls asleep on the couch, that’s our daily routine. I try almost every night to initiate things but he just brushes it off. We haven’t been intimate in almost 8 months. I honestly don’t know what to do. Please shoot any advice at me.
