The sleeping struggle...
Any of you mommas have advice for getting sleep at night? Last night I literally didn't fall asleep untill 5:00 am. I tried sleeping in a recliner, because Everytime I would lay down acid reflux would kick in and I'd feel so sick. My upper back feels like it's going to break no matter which side I lay on, and I could really use some sleep right about now;) anyone else expirincing this? Only a few more weeks 😁
