16 weeks yesterday and had our appointment today. They couldn't find baby's heartbeat on the Doppler but found it with no problem with an ultrasound. Baby is healthy and moving nonstop! I have been feeling pretty good, aside from daily neck pain and tension headaches. I do see my chiropractor every 2 weeks or so, sometimes sooner, and the adjustment helps for a day or so, but the headaches return. The only thing that has helped is Tylenol, but I dont want to be taking that so often. Anyone else have suggestions that worked for them? I checked with my insurance and they unfortunately do not cover prenatal massage therapy, and I'm not sure it's in our budget otherwise.
